Company Description
Our company was founded in 1932 in San Diego by H.H. Bridgford. Presently, the company employees 550 people and it operates 5 production and distribution facilities in Anaheim, Dallas, Chicago, and Statesville, NC. Presently 13 Bridgford family members are involved in the business, including 9 members of the 4th generation of the family. Annual sales in 2019 were nearly $190 million.
Nearly 60 years ago, our company pioneered the manufacture and sale of frozen bread dough to supermarkets and institutional customers. Since then, our frozen food business has grown to the point that we now have well over 100 unique products, and our frozen dough and fully-baked items are now available nationwide.
Bridgford has partnered with frozen food distributors across the nation who help distribute the Company's frozen bread dough, roll dough, fully-baked biscuits, and many other specialty bread items to restaurants, schools, hotels, hospitals, and many more customers.
