Kristin Hilleman - Capistrano Unified School District
Speaker Bio:Kristin has 14 years of experience in school foodservice and 6 years of experience in healthcare foodservice. She currently serves as Director II of Food and Nutrition Services for Capistrano Unified School District overseeing operations for the largest school district in south Orange County, CA with 47,000 students at 62 schools. For the past two years, Kristin has played an active role in CSNA's Public Policy and Legislation committee as the co-chair and now chair. She has participated in child nutrition advocacy work in Sacramento, CA and Washington DC working to build relationships with legislators and tell the story of what we do and why it matters.
Jennifer Davis, SNS - Kern High School District
Speaker Bio:Jennifer is currently the Food Service Director of Kern High School District in Bakersfield, where she employs about 325 staff. The district has 18 comprehensive sites and 7 continuation sites with enrollment of 42,689 students. Jennifer has 24 years' experience in School Food Service with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Josh Rogers, SNS - Greenfield Union School District
Speaker Bio:Josh is currently the Director Nutrition for Greenfield Union School District in Bakersfield CA, with an enrollment of 9,200 students where he manages 11 cooking kitchens. He has 11 years of experience with schools and 2 years of experience with Colleges all in Food Service. He has been very active with Public Policy and Legislation for the last 9 years, he has attended 3 LAC DC conferences where some of the relationships that were developed at these conferences have started to pay off this year.
Jennifer LeBarre, SNS - San Francisco USD
Speaker Bio:Jennifer joined the San Francisco Unified School District in June 2018 after nearly twenty years in Oakland Unified School District. The Mission of Student Nutrition Services is to nourish our students with quality food that enables them to live healthy lives and thrive inside & out of the classroom. Jennifer also works at the State and National level to improve school meals, increase access to the meal program, and increase locally sourced food. She believes providing healthy & delicious meals to students is critical to ensure success for the students, their families, & community.
